  Andrew Ianni serves as Director of Operations at Energy Clean, where he oversees the day-to-day systems and teams that keep service running smoothly for clients across Vaughan, York Region, and the Greater Toronto Area. He is focused on building a company culture and operational standards that ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality Heating & Cooling experience.

  Operations and Administrative Manager

  Since joining Energy Clean in 2015, Sheri Forhan has grown into the role of Operations and Administrative Manager, managing a fast-paced, ever-changing workload. She is committed to providing quick, thorough support to every client and genuinely enjoys making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, or travelling. She was a competitive figure skater and coached for many years, so she still has a strong passion for sports and teamwork.

  Sales and Installation Coordinator

  Susan Sordyl has been with Energy Clean for 4 years and is proud to be part of the team. What she enjoys most about her work is helping clients and making a positive difference for them by ensuring they have the best service possible. She also enjoys coordinating with the team, working together to ensure every project runs smoothly, and providing excellent service from start to finish. Clients can expect professionalism, honesty, clear communication, and a commitment to making sure their needs are taken care of, because she truly cares about their needs. She loves spending time with family and friends, especially cooking for them. A fun fact about her is that she loves working on cars.

  Dispatch & Customer Service Coordinator

  Leeanne Curtis has just entered her fourth year with Energy Clean, and she continues to enjoy building relationships with clients and getting to know them on a personal level. The team genuinely cares about their clients and believes they should always feel valued — because they are. Her goal is to provide an above-and-beyond client experience every time, so every client feels confident they are receiving exceptional service and know they can rely on her whenever they need support. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that's gathering for a game night, exploring new places, or taking vacations together. Creating meaningful memories with the people closest to her is always one of the highlights of her life.

  Stephen Miller

  Installation / Service

  Stephen Miller has been in the HVAC industry since 2008, with experience across many areas of the trade, but his true specialty is the installation of all types of heating and cooling equipment. What he enjoys most is taking a client's mechanical room and transforming it into something that not only performs flawlessly but looks like a piece of craftsmanship. Seeing the finished product — and knowing it meets every one of the client's needs and concerns — is the part of the job that motivates him every day. Clients can expect a polite, courteous technician who takes the time to answer questions honestly and provide clear, trustworthy guidance on any HVAC-related concerns. He takes pride in doing things the right way and ensuring every installation reflects the quality and care people deserve in their homes. Outside of work, he's a strong chess player and a big fan of spending time with friends and family. And for a fun twist, he's also personal friends with former WWF Champion Bret "The Hitman" Hart — something that always makes for a great story on the job site.

  Driven by a commitment to comfort, reliability, and clear communication, Enrique Vasquez has spent the past three years building his career in the HVAC industry with a focus on high-quality installations. He takes pride in creating environments where clients feel at ease — both through the systems he installs and the way he shows up on every job. Whether he's walking a homeowner through their options or ensuring every detail of an installation is done right, he aims to deliver work that feels dependable, transparent, and genuinely cared for. His technical interests extend beyond HVAC — he's passionate about computers and has built and optimized his own system from the ground up, a curiosity that fuels his approach to HVAC as well: understanding how systems work, how to improve them, and how to ensure long-term performance. Outside of work, he's an avid sports fan with a love for hockey, basketball, and baseball. Whether on the job or in his personal life, he brings a mix of teamwork, problem-solving, and steady dedication to everything he does.

  With more than 30 years in the HVAC industry, Joe D'Onofrio has built his career around repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting — work that demands patience, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel comfortable in their homes. After three decades in the field, he's seen just about everything, and he still enjoys the challenge of diagnosing problems and getting systems running the way they should. Clients can expect professionalism, a focus on doing the job right the first time, and clear communication about what's happening and why. And while he prides himself on reliability, he'll admit one thing up front: if it's an early-morning appointment, he might be a few minutes behind — being a morning person never made it onto his resume. Outside of work, he recharges by golfing, watching hockey (Go Bruins! Go Leafs!) and cheering on the Blue Jays. After all these years, nothing surprises him anymore — unless the Bruins blow a three-goal lead.

  Part-time with Energy Clean Home Services for the past 2 years, Tracy Schevers supports the team behind the scenes in administration, back-end data, and marketing assistance. She helps keep information organized and provides practical organization solutions wherever needed to help things run more smoothly. Outside of work, she's usually at the rink in winter or the pitch in summer, cheering from the sidelines.

  Raff Suppa has been working in the HVAC industry for 14 years, with a strong specialty in retrofit furnace and air conditioning systems. He takes pride in transforming older setups into efficient, reliable systems and enjoys showing clients the finished product — fully installed, fine-tuned, and built to last. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is identifying problems at their source and providing clear, effective solutions that restore comfort and peace of mind. Clients can expect exceptional service, attention to detail, and a technician who stands behind the quality of the work. Whether it's a complex retrofit or a straightforward repair, he focuses on delivering results that meet high standards and leave clients confident in their system's performance. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, softball, and traveling. He's a Gas Technician by trade, but his experience extends across multiple trades — he's capable of building a house from the ground up. That hands-on versatility shapes the way he approaches HVAC work: practical, skilled, and always focused on doing the job right.

Outside of work, Owen enjoys playing soccer and spending time with family and friends. Fun fact: he is a man of many facial expressions and always seems to have the perfect reaction for every situation.

  Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

  Andrew Evans is one of Energy Clean's most recent new hires. He serves as the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, where he oversees inventory management, coordinates logistics, and helps ensure the team has the products and materials needed to operate efficiently. He really enjoys the opportunity to bring organization and efficiency to the company, and finds satisfaction in managing inventory, sourcing quality products, and identifying the best solutions to support the team — every day presents new challenges, which keeps the role both engaging and rewarding. Clients can expect a well-organized and professional experience; he believes that careful planning, attention to detail, and effective communication are key to delivering projects efficiently and on schedule, so everything behind the scenes runs smoothly for the team to provide the highest level of service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, camping, or exploring new places. Andrew has a passion for travel and enjoys experiencing different countries, cultures, and landscapes whenever he has the opportunity. He's also a lifelong animal lover — he has both a cat and a dog, and enjoys visiting animal rescues and sanctuaries whenever he can, something he finds incredibly rewarding.

He currently serves as a lead installer on light commercial projects, where he's trusted to deliver high-quality work, guide project flow, and ensure every installation meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship. What he enjoys most about this field is the constant variety — each day brings new challenges, new environments, and a diverse community of clients, which keeps the work engaging and pushes him to keep learning and refining his skills. When he's scheduled at your home or business, you can expect punctuality, professionalism, due diligence, and a wealth of practical knowledge shaped by years of hands-on experience. Outside of work, he stays busy with hands-on projects — from building cars to assembling and optimizing computers — always enjoying the process of taking mechanical or technical components and bringing them to life through performance and function. In his personal time, he also enjoys exploring religious studies, which gives him a deeper sense of perspective and balance.
