Regular maintenance is the single best way to keep your HVAC system efficient, reliable, and under warranty. Energy Clean offers three Home Comfort Plans so you can choose the coverage that fits your equipment and your home.
Every plan includes an annual maintenance visit, a diagnostic fee for covered units, a repair discount, and priority booking — the Whole Home Comfort plan adds a second visit per year and covers your tankless water heater, humidifier, HRV, and fireplaces too.

Three plans: Furnace or AC ($9/month), Furnace and Air Conditioner ($16/month), and Whole Home Comfort ($20/month) — all pricing includes taxes. Each plan includes at least one maintenance visit per year, a $69 diagnostic fee for covered units, a 10% repair discount, and priority booking. The Whole Home Comfort plan adds a second visit per year and covers your tankless water heater, humidifier, HRV, and fireplaces.
Furnace or AC covers one piece of equipment with one visit a year. Furnace and Air Conditioner covers both your furnace and AC/heat pump with two visits a year. Whole Home Comfort covers your furnace and AC/heat pump with two visits a year, plus your tankless water heater, humidifier, HRV, and fireplaces.
