We collect information you provide directly, such as when you complete our contact or quote request forms: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your service request. If you consent to receive text messages, we collect your consent record along with the date and time it was given. Form submissions are delivered to our office through a secure form relay service operated by our website provider. We do not use advertising pixels for behavioural retargeting on this site.

Where you have given express consent on one of our forms, we may send you text messages about your service request, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

Payment Security

We do not collect or store credit card or other payment card information on this website. Any payments or financing applications are handled by third-party providers on their own secure, hosted systems, and are subject to those providers' privacy policies and security standards.
